Life is naturally cyclical. We experience highs and lows, successes and failures. But time helps us see that the past does not have a final impact on our future. It allows us to recover and move forward, despite mistakes made. Everyone can adapt and evolve if we allow time to guide us. Time makes us understand that it’s not just the present moment that matters, but also what lies ahead. Everything that affects us is temporary and transient. This gives hope and encourages us to look towards a better future. A bright and beautiful future is not guaranteed. Despite our efforts, the future may bring something unexpected, even catastrophic. However, a dystopian future inspires present resistance. No one knows what awaits us. Tomorrow? The day after tomorrow? Let’s meet when tomorrow comes.

The 3rd-year textile students from the Pallas University of Applied Sciences contemplate what the future might bring. They explore the present, where it’s good to live or very bad to live. Is there any hope for a good future, and is it sensible to dream about it? Is hope already dead, or is it just hiding well? The exhibition features the future tapestries of four young artists depicting various dystopias, utopias, and the harsh realities of the present.
